 In·cras·sate v. t. [imp. & p. p. Incrassated p. pr. & vb. n. Incrassating.]  To make thick or thicker; to thicken; especially, in pharmacy, to thicken (a liquid) by the mixture of another substance, or by evaporating the thinner parts.
